Chiropractic Manipulation

Chiropractic manipulation is a precise adjustment that focuses on diagnosing and treating any misaligned joint in the body. Removing these interferences can lead to decreased pain and tension and improved range of motion. There are many different techniques that range from gentle to more forceful. It is important to determine which technique works best for each individual.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is an osteopathic technique that uses gentle contacts on the cranial bones and sacrum to release deep tension patterns in the body. This process improves the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, which may reduce pain, enhance performance, and bolster the body’s natural resistance to disease.

Visceral Manipulation

Visceral manipulation is a gentle technique that releases restrictions and adhesions in the body’s internal organs and their surrounding tissues. This process may help restore the natural gliding movement of organs, which can alleviate chronic pain and discomfort that presents without an obvious cause.

Energy and Mind/Body Techniques

These techniques, including NSA, Natural Healing and Bio-Resonance, are used to help patients locate and release emotional or energetic trauma stored in the body. They are more esoteric and may not be suitable for all patients.

Meet Noëlle

Born and raised in LA, I received my BA from UCLA in 1994 and my Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1998. I became interested in a career in chiropractic at the age of twelve when I injured my back in a dance rehearsal. I became interested in healing work after receiving care after a life threatening car accident. I have studied Bio-Dynamic Resonance Technique, Natural Healing, Network Spinal Analysis, Upledger Cranio-Sacral Therapy, and Barral Visceral Manipulation. I am Webster certified and have taken additional classes in eastern diagnostic techniques and functional nutritional analysis.

My intention is to assist you in your journey to your whole and healthy self. What does your body, mind and spirit need to feel at ease in this moment?

My style and technique is eclectic. I am a bridge between worlds, philosophies and techniques. Typically a session will include a chiropractic adjustment (ranging in style depending on what is appropriate for your body), tissue work, and often times exercise, nutrition and/or emotional and energetic clearing.
